THE TRADITION CONTINUES........

Be one of the first people in Australia to try 2010's much anticipated Penfold's March Bin Release! As usual, the Terrace Restaurant is one of the first (if not the first) places for the wine loving public to try this year's wines - so book early - we will sell out!!

This year's release will be presented by one of our favourite presenters - George Samios. George is a very entertaining & enthusiastic speaker who always has some great stories to tell us. His passion for wine goes back nearly 20 years from his experiences as a multi award winning restaurateur, a sommelier, a chef, a journalist, and currently is Penfold's Global wine ambassador.

George will be showing off some this year's "bin" release including the 2 white wines they are producing which are "World Class". We will try the 2005 Reserve Bin "Aged Release" Eden Valley Riesling that is very special and the 2009 Penfold's Bin 311 Tumbarumba Chardonnay which has set a new standard with every vintage.

Red wine wise - a couple of the wines George will be presenting to us are the Penfolds 2008 Bin 128 Coonawarra Shiraz which Penfold's Chief Winemaker, Peter Gago says is drinking great now and will reward aging for the next 10-15 years, this will be followed by the "Poor Man's Grange" - Penfold's Bin 389 Cabernet Shiraz 2007 vintage which should be, as usual, sensational!

Award winning Head Chef Dave Bell and his talented crew in the kitchen will present us with another fantastic menu, and this coupled with the great service from Michael, Chris their team on the floor, will make this a special wine dinner not to be missed ! So you had better book quickly because this will fill up fast!
